The Fire Flair Multi-Purpose ventilator, designed and manufactured by Ventrite International, offers a patented design to most importantly, save people and property when fire strikes. In the event of a fire, the doors will open on gravity without failure to keep escape routes clear of smoke, by creating a smoke free layer of clear air at the lower level of the building. Heat and toxic fume accumulation is dramatically reduced, allowing fire fighters to locate and eliminate the fire at source, with the roof structure of the building still intact.

The Fire Flair also functions as an efficient natural ventilator which offers many unique advantages when incorporated into a complete engineered ventilation scheme.
